This a response to the people in my previous post, 343i, Your Poll was Wrong, Saying Waypoint polls don’t matter, and that 343i ones are far more significant. This is an outright lie. The 343i sprint poll was only for a select group of feedback members, thus making it SMALLER and thus LESS significant than the Waypoint one I mentioned in 343i, Your Sprint Poll was Wrong. Why does this matter? It’s KINDERGARTEN MATH. The more people that respond to a poll, the more significant its results are to its community. And, as the the original sprint poll was made for feedback members, of whom are a minority of Waypoint members, of whom are yet a minority of Halo fans, you SHOULD be able to see that NO, its results AREN’T significant, and that compared to the 343i sprint poll, the Classic or New Halo poll mentioned in my previous post DOES matter more because whilst its results are from a minority of Halo fans, at least it’s not from a minority of a MINORITY like the 343i poll. But you know what? I AGREE that Waypoint polls are insignificant. I AGREE that 343i can make a more significant poll. But they haven’t yet. So here’s my suggestion: make a poll across EVERY SINGLE SHOOTER GAME COMMUNITY OVER EVERY POPULAR SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET ON THE INTERNET AND ASK THEM SPECIFICALLY IF THEY’D RATHER PLAY A NEW CLASSIC HALO GAME OR A NEW MODERN ONE. Before you say they don’t play Halo, they wouldn’t be interested, one, even if so that doesn’t mean they won’t respond and two, what do you think happened to the 7 MILLION fans who LEFT after Reach? Of course SOME of them quit shooters or games ENTIRELY, but most of them just went to Call of Duty, or Titanfall, or Destiny, or Bioshock, or Borderlands, or… oh I don’t know… FORTNITE!? And then don’t JUST ask about sprint, because some people might think you intend to never make another Halo game with sprint, which some (including me) don’t want, just ask if they’d prefer INFINITE alone to have classic gameplay. Now you may say that of course they ditched Halo after Halo 3 as it had barely any competition. Well for one, back while it was still king, only Destiny and Titanfall and Fortnite didn’t exist out of my list, two there were more competing shooters but I haven’t listed them all and some no longer exist, and three are you saying that just because someone may have gotten into some or all of those games after Halo 3, that means they suddenly would refuse to play Halo!? How stupid are you if you think that such competition even MATTERS!? Most gamers and especially Halo fans are adults, so they could EASILY still afford all those games AND Halo as well and regularly switch between all of them. I myself (not saying I’m everyone, but) regularly play Destiny, Fortnite, DOOM, SW Battlefront, and several other NON-shooters but guess what? Halo 5 and MCC are STILL my top played games! So don’t kid yourself and say with more competition comes less players, that’s true for ALL games which thus balance each other out. Finally, PLEASE moderators, I’m just asking that you not lock this for talking about someone else’s poll. I use it only as a comparison to 343i’s, which isn’t a topic and thus people couldn’t comment on it anyway. Besides, 90% of this is just my ORIGNAL arguments, so if it’s ok with you guys I’d like this one left unlocked and undeleted.

I highly suggest you look into and take a statistics class.
