Waypoint on Xbox won't work for me

I have no idea what is going on, or if anybody has had this problem since the last update for Waypoint came out. It goes like this:

Launch Halo Waypoint
UNSC Logo Appears and music starts to play
Halo Waypoint Title Screen
I hit start
Retrieving data
Freezes

I’ve redownloaded, cleared cache, Downloaded Waypoint on my Flashdrive, and I still get the same problem. I have talked to Xbox Support and apparently this is new to them. All of my other stuff that I’ve downloaded work just fine. And I really hate missing out on things on Xbox’s Halo Waypoint.

Do you have any solutions that could help me out?

Can I ask what region you are from?

It happened to me too before. But it eventually fixed itself. Except whenever I tried to pull up any data from it, it said there was an error, this went on for 2 weeks. And like you said, happened after the update. Give it some time, then check back, though I’m going on a longshot.

Im having trouble also whenever i start halo waypoint after downloading it from halo reach it wont find my profile
