I wasn’t really sure where to post Waypoint related topics since it is just a suggestion rather than an issue I am having with the service. Any how, I think it would be a really great addition to Waypoint to have some sort of notification system that allows a user to see when their post has been quoted or their thread has been replied to or even when their post has been ‘liked’. I think it adds the potential for constructive posts rather than posts on threads being replied to and the poster not having any idea since there is no way of knowing without looking and a lot of user’s will not bother going back to a thread after posting once.

They added notifications for post likes and followed topic replies, but that’s it. No option for quote notifications, which should be standard for all forums.
No I know they didn’t for everything, but I just thought it was weird they did after I made the post just over a week ago. I know it won’t have made any impact at all just a bit of a coincidence.
