I’m a little confused with how Waypoint/Xbox tracks campaign stats. I had completed the Halo 4 campaign earlier today and decided to check out the terminal vids I had unlocked on Waypoint only to find that Waypoint was denying me access because it believed I had yet to actually play Halo 4. Thinking this was a glitch I decided to play some Spartan Ops. After this I went back to Waypoint and was given access and had the terminal vids available to me to watch.
However, I see that Waypoint hasn’t tracked ANY of my campaign time in Halo 4. Only Spartan Ops time. Will Xbox Live/Waypoint only track campaign stats when you are online and signed into Live? Because I didn’t have my Xbox connected to the net at all when I went through the campaign.
If this is so (only tracking stats when online) does this go for all Halo titles? I see that Waypoint is telling me I only have just a little over 5hrs tracked in campaign play on Halo: Reach which is complete bullocks considering I’ve played the campaign over so many times I’ve lost count.
I’ve also got this problem… while playing campaign on LEGENDARY I did get disconnected from Xbox live a few times. Now on halo waypoint it says I haven’t completed mission 5, 7 or 8 on legendary… I have the achievements for completing them but it doesn’t show up on waypoint or my commendations. I really don’t want to complete those again as it was a pain in the -Yoink-.
Nah, I haven’t touched my GT since I’ve had my Xbox. It’s always stayed the same.
Thanks. Hopefully this is a hiccup on Waypoint’s behalf and it’ll come right because I’d cry a little if it will only keep track of stats if you’re online.
Sorry to be a pain with this guys, but it’d be awesome if there was some kind of official response to this.
Do I need to replay the campaign, this time with my console connected to Live? Or is there a ‘glitch in the Matrix’ so-to-speak and my campaign stats will show in due time?
Ok I’m having similar problems. I finished the first mission of Halo 4 a while back and Half way through the second mission but when I checked my Waypoint it says I have never played Halo 4.
Also I would like to add that I had pre-ordered Halo 4 and received a card with codes for special content. I proceeded to follow the instructions at the back of the card to get this content and it said accepted and everything but I haven’t got any of the armor and skins promised on pre-order.
What can I do about this problems?
Im in the same boat with no stats being tracked. I dont think its an issue with completing anything while on live because my Ops progress is still at zero but I have played and my Camp. stats are all at zero too. Only my MM stats are being recorded. I want this sorted ASAP as well cause I have done the weekly challanges and it says I havent so Im going to miss out on the cr
anyone? I am having the same issues on legendary… completed lvl 5 and 6 and 7 but no stats… I have the terminals from the lvls and it says I have played them but for 0 hours… Im so confused. Fix this
Id like to know about this as well, ive completed the entire campaign on legendary already (i completed it offline) and it says i havnt even completed one mission on any difficulty.
I beat the campaign on my secondary xbox which is the one with no wireless, and its in a room with no internet so it is always offline.
I just played the campaign today on an ONLINE console and it still says I haven’t played the campaign at all! It says I’ve played for an hour and 48 minutes but does not say I’ve started any challenges (which I did).
The only other thing it says is I’ve found 2 terminals (one of which I had just found today)
Very annoying. Guess I can’t complete any challenges til its fixed.

i have the same problem. waypoint is not tracking my stats from the campaign, I have the achievements but nothing in waypoint service record.
I’ve had the same problem. I beat the campaign on Legendary without live then played spartan ops. Only tracts my multi player and spartan ops…but not my legendary campaign.
Really don’t want to play through it again on legendary but looks like I’ll have too since this hasn’t even been addressed officially yet, so I doubt it will
Im having the same issues. Beat the campaign on normal, and half way done on legendary, and found all but one terminal, all of which was offline. Now that im online, it says there is no Camp. played even though I have the achievements, and the campaign page still says i’ve completed the levels. No fixes yet?
