So, I try to access the forums on my mobile device (iOS), and I can get to the forums through the Waypoint app, but I can’t start a new thread, reply to threads, or quote threads. Pretty much anything that has to do with the buttons that are grey with the little blue line on them simply doesn’t work.
Don’t use the Halo Waypoint app to access the forums on iOS, use Safari. It works for me me. I know this may sound stupid but, are you signed in?

This might sound like a stupid question, but it’s the only thing I can think of in that situation…

I agree with TomoK, use safari and not the app when it comes to the forums. In all honesty, I never really use the app mainly because I only go on the forums when im on my phone. Try signing in too and if you are let us know. Im not sure what other issues it could be, I haven’t really experienced problems from my phone with waypoint… other than no service 
Yes, I am signed in and using Safari currently. Obviously it’s working, but I was rather disappointed when I realized it doesn’t work on Chrome for iPhone, because that’s what I use mostly.
