Hello Waypoint users and i’m sure this has been covered over a load of other topics, but I still cant find a definitive answer from 343i.
Does anyone know when they intend to fix the website, mobile & xbox waypoint versions so we can finally see our correct stats? I have several different issues across all 3 of the above. Now dont get me wrong before 343i took FULL control everything was working correctly, including the WP7 App.
Anyway my issues are
Website Waypoint
Stats are missing for previous games (Halo Wars, Halo 3)
Stats are incorrect for Halo Reach/CEA and Achievements are incorrect, showing most as Locked even though I unlocked them almost 1 year ago. However Xbox shows the achievement as Unlocked and Xbox Waypoint shows the Achievement as Unlocked, so what data is the Website reading to show them as Locked? I cant believe they have several different database to gather game data so something is wrong!
My main character graphic is months out of date
Waypoint WP7 (Version 1.3 & reinstalled 5 times)
WP7 Waypoint loads ok, but as soon as I go into Career & Reach Stats the screen is blank and never updates. But if i click “Challenges” the corresponding weeks challenges appear, so its definately connecting. Other than that all other aspects of the WP7 App works fine, if not very very slow.
Xbox Waypoint (Reinstalled Xbox Waypoint 3 times)
Milestones are correct and Achievements show up correctly but they differ from the website, why?
Often receive “Data cannot be retrieved” error
Character is out of date and sometimes appears blank even though all other aspects of XBoX Waypoint are functioning.
Thats it really and these issues have been with me since the switch over from Bungie, so any news on when they will ever be resolved?
