Is it only me that thinks that this forum isn’t really that good? i mean, there is no real search function?! no wonder people bump topics, because you can’t find out if somebody all ready posted it! well at least i cant

yea the new design is horrible…
343 really needs to take a page from Turn10 and use their forum design, it’s far smoother, easier to use, can better tell when someone replies to a post as it shows clearly who the last person was to reply, instead of just showing the creators name. This current design looks like some forum design from the late 90’s. A huge downgrade from what was.

As you can see, this is a very streamlined forum layout, and very easy to use and understand. By far the best layout I’ve ever seen.
Yeah, I really don’t like the new layout of the Waypoint forums. Just so messy. Disorganized.
Ever since the new layout hit Waypoint, my threads have been getting very few to no replies. Also I haven’t been seeing the Waypoint members much who used to post a lot on the forums before the new layout. I see way too many new Waypoint accounts that use the default Master Chief avatar pic that post way too many pointless topics.
I agree with both of you! I hate that i can’t see who replied to my topics. I mean, just a simple notification at the name in the top right would be enough!
It’s honestly a case of not listening to people when they ask for something. It’s terrible community/company communication on the company end and it’s really just lazy. There was a multitude of people crying for a post history and there still is not one. Hell, a search function even as bad as BNet’s would be miles ahead of not even implementing one and instead just making a new site design.
It’s straight up bad job-doing. Very, very bad job-doing. Maybe even a lack thereof if I were to be so bold.
