Just an idea stemming from a personal passion of mine. I feel like one of the few underserved communities when it comes to the official Halo forums is the Halo collectors. Collecting Halo is something I am really passionate about and to a degree it could fall under the Halo Universe sub-forum, however I feel like that forum’s primary function and focus is discussing the multimedia universe beyond just the games. Books, movies, shorts, ECT. I love that forum, but I feel like a sub-forum for collectors such as myself would also have value for the Waypoint community. You all would know better than I of the presence of Halo collectors on this board, so it may or may not make sense. But to steal a quote from a great movie, “if you build it, they will come.” I know collectors are out there and there are websites and blogs dedicated to just that, but I feel like collecting would get more exposure and warrant a place right here on these forums. Just a thought. Hopefully some of you are in agreeance.
Community Creations currently serves as the “hub” for collector’s items and such. Although, I do feel that perhaps a sub-forum for it would work better!
