I have tried to make a thread numerous times! Every time I put in a name for the thread I get notified that the name already exists and that I have to change it! So then I keep changing the name of the topic until it successfully goes through, and then I look at the topic page and every single one of my topics is on there. There the same topic with a different name! And now I believe that I am reported 10000 times over! its an annoying inconvenience and maybe someone could help me with this and fix the problem! Also a option to delete a post would help!
I don’t know why that bug happened to you, but if you report the duplicate threads’ OPs, we can delete or merge them as needed. The “Report” link is good for more than just rule violations. 
Try clearing your cache and see if the issue still happens.
