Waypoint down on Firefox, but not Microsoft Edge?

For the past week when I tried to open Waypoint in Firefox, it only brings up the page with Master Chief facepalming, with the message “SOMETHING WENT WRONG This page is currently unavailable, but we’re working to restore service as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.”

Is anyone else having this problem?

Obviously, Waypoint isn’t down, since you’re here, and I’m able to access it on Microsoft Edge… So why can’t I access it in Firefox?

Not alone, I have the same issue too.

Won’t work on chrome for laptop but it works on chrome phone browser.

I have this issue since Thursday 25/07/2019

Heard a few people on Discord mention this but I haven’t been able to reproduce confidently

  • Firefox 67.0.4 Stable was intermittent, 68.0.1 stable and 70.0a1 Nightly I wasn’t able to reproduce. - Edge Chromium has been fine for me all weekend - 77.0.230.0 (Canary banch) - Chrome 75.0.3770.142 stable is what I’m posting from now without issue - Edge on Android also seems fine - 42.0.2.3812Some have reported that a simple hard refresh (CTRL + F5) did the trick, others have cleared the cache. I’ll keep an eye on Firefox, potentially it could be related to a recent update they put out.

Sign out and back in.

It didn’t do anything. I can log in and out Waypoint on Microsoft Edge and in Firefox Incognito mode, but in regular Firefox I don’t have the option to do anything, because it’s just the “SOMETHING WENT WRONG” message screen.
