I did all of my custom challenges I set and waited for the remaining time for them to be up and I still haven’t received my credits.
Im fairly certain you have to turn them in. Im not too certain, but i have read that in other threads.
When you turn them in, you get the cR instantly.

Just click on the challenge and click on “Turn in”

-This is incorrect,
you must wait till the time limit expires in order to earn your credits. (Regardless of “turning in” your custom challenge or not.)
-FYI: there is NO notice of earned credits for custom challenges, in game.
-“Turn In” is only used if you have finished a challenge before the time has ended, in order to clear up room to start a new one. (NOTICE: only turn in after challenge is completed otherwise you wont earn the cR.)
Now, im not 100% sure about why you didnt get the cR… but this is my theory on that…
when you make a custom challenge you have the choice of inviting friends, and once challenge is over it shows ranking like 1st, 2nd, 3rd… now its possible that only the player in 1st gets the cR??
but i would double check the custom challenge history to verify you completed the challenge AND time has expired, if so then try restarting your xbox.
