what is that screen when you press X?

Is it something relating to Halo 4 or am I jumping to a conclusion? It kinda reminds me of a puzzle from the Project Firefly / Human Preservation Society ARG.

Have I stumbled upon a possible “I Like Bees” sequal (I know FO’C said ILB wouldn’t be done again, but they had something cool lined up), or have I jumped to a massively incorrect conclusion?

Anyhow, thoughts (or correction) would be appreciated!

You put in the colors corresponding to the buttons. It’ll bring you to a keyboard of Forerunner characters. This is where you put in the terminals from CEA.
