This just started a couple days ago. The main page (and every other page) is acting glitchy and everything doesn’t buffer. My scroll bar is gone (I have to click and drag to scroll.) Finally, whne trying to view halo 4 stats, it says I don’t have a good enough browser. One of the recommended browsers is IE 9+. I have IE 10! What is going on!?
I’d suggest temporarily using another browser like Chrome or Firefox. Or clear everything from Internet Explorer and then try doing it?
Tried. No dice. I’ve tried finding answers, but all I can find are answers to trouble on Halo Waypoint for the xbox, or the mobile app. 
If IE’s Compatibility View is enabled for Halo Waypoint, please disable it.
Aside from that, I vaguely remember reading that IE10 on a certain version of Windows is buggy, but unfortunately I can’t recall the details. Perhaps the web team might have something for you.
