As long as you have access to the Waypoint 360 app, you can still redeem the codes on there

You need to be able to access Waypoint, There’s no Waypoint access on Xbone, the link sends you to ‘The Halo channel’, so you can’t use the codes. You’d have to play it on 360 to use them.
