I can’t find out were to create them like in Halo Reach, or is this something completely new or what, cause i don’t have any Waypoint challenges and I thought this was like Reach’s were you could create your own challenges, if so were do I do this at?

I think they are still implementing them.
We might have to wait a bit longer for them to go online, but I can’t wait. To be honest, with the recent choices for Challenges it makes me sad that I can’t make myself a bunch of Challenges that I know I can feasibly complete.
I hope custom challenges come back. i want to rank up faster with the customs. Did wonders for me in Reach.
