For some reason today, my spartan is showing as blank with rank 0 on the xbox360 waypoint app. Also, my career overview on halo.xbox.com is not showing anything either.
This has also happened in the past before. I am just wondering when it will change back to the way its supposed to be

try to delete waypoint, clear hdd cache, and re-download waypoint.
The xbox 360 waypoint app is not the problem because I just deleted, cleared my cache and re-downloaded it. The waypoint website is not recognizing my records. Which means that my character is blank and says rank 0.
I’m having this problem too.
Anytime I try to access my achievements on halo waypoint I’m told there is an error.
And I’m not able to see my milestones or enter in the terminal codes from halo CE anniversary.
