Edit: I figured it out and it worked
Hey there. I’ve been trying to get into the waypoint beta app. But every time I open the app it gives me an error message. I’ve tried to Uninstall it and reinstall it twice now to no avail.
The error reads "__the data required to initialize halo channel could not be retrieved. Please check connection"
My connection is fine and I’ve cleared out the app. Idk what to do.
Since you figured it out how do you do it cuz it doesn’t work for me either

Go into the app store and go to the waypoint app or the halo channel app whichever it shows on your phone if it isn’t updated than it’ll be halo channel. Click on it but do not hit download or open. Scroll down and look for beta tester or something along those lines. It should be below “developer contact”

What device are you on because it’s not there
While the apps were part of the first flight, they are not a focus and not available for this one.
