Forgive me if this has been posted before. I was wondering if your Waypoint forum rank has something to do with the avatars you are allowed to use? I have seen some Halo 4 avatars popping up around here lately and when I went to see which ones were new, I only saw a couple new ones.
I actually just checked for the new ones, and they weren’t where I thought they were. Rather than being at the bottom of the page, they’re blended in with the old ones. I guess it’ll take some searching!
Regardless of rank, you’re allowed to use all pre-set avatars. 
Well let me look again. I do remember see a couple, but not the ones I have seen on the boards.
