Same for me, its kind of disappointing that this was not considered on their update just before halo 4. Stupid actually sounds more correct… maybe we will get something when this fabled ranking system comes to us.
I dont suppose you have gone to halowaypoint on your ipad or iphone? It tells you to click the button to add https://app.halowaypoint.com/ to your home screen (like an app). To me that means the old “app” will not be updated and https://app.halowaypoint.com/ is the new “app”
Interesting, it used to seem like 343 would repurpose the app for H4 but if not then why would Microsoft not pull the app from the app store? Furthermore, why wouldn’t there be a notice stating that installing the web link app would be more efficient and relevant?

I, until recently, had an app on my iPhone that hadn’t been updated since iOS3, just because they have no plans at this time to update it, doesn’t mean they will pull it down.
Also, this tweet from bs angel pretty much says that there will be an app update in the future, just not now.

Because if you pull it all the people who payed $5 for Atlas is essentially being given the middle finger.
Well naturally reach related things should still be accessible in the app but it is odd that the newest game is taking a backseat in the app. Aside from the whole atlas issue it is compatible to having halo 3 Spartans pop up on the front page of waypoint still.
