Waypoint Account banned till year 2152... HELP!

Idk if any moderators or anyone who can help will see this or read it all… But if possible i ask please help!

I am a long time halo fan (as everyone is on waypoint lol) but with the new consoles i ended up buying a ps4 and gave my brother my 360. Now that Halo 5 is shaping up to be better than Halo 4 i really regret this decision so I am currently in the process of selling my ps4 on eBay and buying an xbone. I therefore dont have an xbl account which is required to use the waypoint forums. I tried to log onto my old account but unfortunately dont know the information… That account is IV Wizdumb if you would like to verify that i did indeed used to play halo on xbl.

Anyways because i dont have access to my old account, i made a silver account off xbox.com named “Wizdoomb”. That way i could chat in the forums about halo 5, however halo waypoint automatically banned the account from being able to chat for “creating multiple accounts”. I have not created multiple halo waypoint accounts (ironically i now have so i could make a thread to ask for help).

I just want to be able to partake in Halo 5 forum threads on one account without it getting automatically banned! Help plz!?

use a new email, you proboly used the same email and the auto system took it as you were creating multiple accounts for spamming etc

Just make a new Microsoft Account, or ask one of the moderators to show mercy towards thee:)

All accounts that have 0 games played get automatically banned, since these accounts are usually just made to spam the forums.

Not exactly.

Only accounts that are made with the exact same Email as an existing account with be banned.

Go and make a new Waypoint account that also has a new email address.

I bet that account will get permabanned in under 48 hours.
