This is just a small little thing… I want to know all the ranks for the forum and also what you can do with each one. If anyone could help me out on this, that would be nice of you.
There are 4 ranks, Recruit, Marine, ODST, and Spartan. There are also 5 sub-ranks, Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Onyx. Once you reach the rank Marine, you can use hyperlinks in your posts. Once you reach the rank Spartan, you can use a signature. Other than that, ranks are just a measurement of your activity on Waypoint as you rank up by posting. Just don’t post random, meaningless stuff because the monitors ban people for that.
There are also ranks that can’t be reached via normal means. Monitor, which is essentially forum moderator; Master of Unicorns (special title that came with glitches in the old rank system); SEC3OP (still not sure about this one); and 343 Industries (obviously a rep from 343i).

Sec3OP is a rank people got for being in the Section 3 ARG. They get the exact same perks as the Spartans do. Except they still need to earn their banners and Avatars though post counts. Master of Unicorns is pretty much exactly the same as this rank.
There is one other rank “TOTS Commander” this one is a special rank held by one user who was a puppetmaster in the above mentioned ARG. The account isnt used anymore as it is a character in the ARG. But the rank exists thus my mention.

What is the Section 3 ARG? I don’t know the acronym.
Thanks to you guys, I know what I want to, but I think this should stay open for anyone with questions about Forum Rank
Yeah if you just click on your rank on your profile it tells you all about it
I still don’t like the daily limit.

The Section 3 ARG was a Alternate reality game that had me and several other do puzzles here on the forums, to play 1 mil Wargames in Halo 4, to finding symbols in Halo 4 Spartan Ops and maps.
