I have a question about the xp cap I just want a simple answer its not that hard my twitter posts go unanswered. I understand there are other customers who wish to be helped and all that but I have tried for the past 5 hrs or so to no avail. So an email address or anything along those lines would be great.
I am not hating on the Halo 4 I absolutely love the game just feel trapped cause if I play and commendations get completed I lose out on xp.
I’m in the same boat as you. First they cap XP/ranks for people who don’t give them more money, then they make you wait for a code, then when you don’t get the code - there is no way to contact them about the code. I tried Xbox Live Microsoft support, but they said it’s a Halo issue, not a Microsoft issue. I don’t care that I spent an extra $20something on the map packs, if I don’t get this stuff resolved I’m getting rid of Halo and never returning to the franchise.
I have also not recieved a code and am stuck at level 70 is there anyone out there that can actually help? Not this -Yoink- i hear from xbox telling me how to get ahold of them when it does not even work.

I pre-ordered Halo 4 and started playing immediately. I reached level 70 and never received a code that allows me to continue progressing. I have since stopped playing Halo. Please send me a code! My gamer tag is xx Sostacked xx. Thanks
