I am having a really hard time with this achievement, anyone of you might found a good solution?

Do it in a bot match and you don’t have to spark it off another Spartan. You can do it off weapons and the weapon spawn nodes as well. So in a bit match get the gun find an enemy take his shield down then shoot at a dropped weapon or weapon mode and it should arc to the bot hopefully killing it.
Make sure it’s the bot arena though. Has to be a matchmaking game.

I got mine in a BTB total control match. Once you have the gun, immediately head straight to whichever zone the enemy is taking. If there’s 5+ enemy players in the zone, should make it way easier to get.
I want to second this OP.
I was pulling my hair out trying to get it off of one Bot onto another. After getting the achievement this way I heard about the weapon method and tried it out myself.
1000x easier!
Just shoot them with your AR until one-shot/some health damage, hold Y, and then shoot the AR on the ground with the shock rifle.
BTB, BTB, BTB. This was the only way I was able to do it. The way I did it was I shot at enemy players in their base during a stockpile match, I shot one near the other, and then I shot the other one causing the chain reaction. Also, if you find an afk player you can throw your other weapon on the ground and shoot it to give it charge to start the chain reaction. Same thing works with a warthog. I’m assuming you know how the chain reaction medal works if not you can look that up. Probably the toughest achievement besides air vehicle grapple jack, but I believe in you! Just make sure to stick to BTB tho you will never find a shock rifle consistently in anything else lol.

Managed to get mine in BTB as well. Total control and was able to just bounce off of an enemy vehicle parked in a zone.
