so, I bought the LE of Halo 4, and watched as my purchase became less and less valuable as more of my “exclusive” content was made available to anyone for free :\ or cheaper (in the case of the war games map pack)
one thing that I actually retained was the ability to watch the extended version of FUD, only to discover that there was no “download to my computer” option available so that I may watch it offline.
I don’t want to sound picky, but with everything else stripped away, can I not at least have that?
My internet connection is not that great, so the video stream is grainy at best, and I just kinda feel ripped off in that I essentially purchased a movie that I can only view at low quality, and only when online for $40.

I have indeed gone there. It’s how I noticed in the first place. I accidentally clicked it, and up comes “Access Denied”.
I can clearly see “Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn” under “Halo Waypoint” on my Xbox storage…

You may be right for most of the things that LE offers, but the rest is obviously just stuff to collect. You may not deem them as though they are worth anything, but some people actually like to gather these things, no matter how trivial they are.
Now, the FUD extended thing is basically grouping all of the episodes into one long coherent movie, which is nothing special, along with being granted behind the scenes and extra footage that has already been seen. So it’s basically the same as buying the DVD/Bluray.
One can pull many reasons that sound logical over why things offered are absolute rip-offs. But in the end, cool story bro.
basicly 343 went how do we make money out of people yea lets make a LE and then 10 days after launch take all LE perks away from them so they cant return there games
