Hello, I have a little problem. When I want to watch the film halo on my computer, this video doesn’t load, and I can’t watch this video.
Why? i have the collecter pack, so the code for the films.
So, what’s the problem?

Do the individual videos play successfully? Also, do you see a special Forward Unto Dawn section?
I assume, based on your statement of having the Limited Edition, that you have entered the 5x5 code for accessing Forward Unto Dawn. Did you also go into Waypoint on Console after doing so, and see the Forward Unto Dawn panel that is revealed (On the right, between two other panels!) on Console? You MUST go into Waypoint console after unlocking Forward Unto Dawn in order to see it on Web later.
