you have failed in upholding halo, you have run it into the ground, for a time, i defended you, but now 343, you have lost me. i can’t even play halo 5 anymore, the matchmaking is unreasonably bad.
the campaign has killed my interest in the halo story, so unless halo wars 2 can revive my interest, i am done.
so unless you radically fix this game. or you make halo 6 a masterpiece then i will be done as a halo fan and as an xbox owner.
many others feel this way as well.
when making halo 6. don’t look for other games besides halo for inspiration, look at past halo successes, and then inspire yourselves with this one thought
“how do we make a game that will blow their minds”
do that and you have me and millions of others back as consumers again, until then, im done

Did you even watch the videos? If you did then don’t even bring up the term “loyal Halo fans” just don’t…

while i agree anyone can say anything on the net, but if you trust 343 after 3 failures then i don’t know what to say,
h4 had a terrible mp and terrible gameplay that was cod inspired and died within a couple of weeks.
halo mcc was a complete broken failure from day 1. 343 pushed it out before it was finished in order to cash in, they didn’t care about their customers, they only cared making a profit. they still haven’t fixed it to this day.
then there was halo 5, where they lied their -Yoinks!- off about pretty much everything and delivered to us a mediocre piece of unfinished -Yoink-, also died within a couple days
interesting how he doesnt talk much about actual game mechanics that 343 has added in that really shouldmt have been ever added in
spartan abilities. remove them already
i hate dinos in matchmaking because of the weird hitboxes they had but besides that agreed with everything he said. and dinos isnt make it or break it for me

It actually does take courge, you see were not all people who see our online reputation as something to be used to commit emoral acts.
And if you like halo 5, that’s totally fine, your not the only one. but just understand there are meny people who don’t.
343 can make a great game yes, but they have a lot of listening to the fans to do.
I never claimed to be a loyal halo fan, but even though I despise things about halo 5 and what has happened to halo, I’m still here arn’t I? I could just leave and say I’m done, but I wont.

Been a silent observer throughout the years and didn’t want to involve myself with the constant back and forth nonsense that has been plaguing the community forums. However, after watching the links, I finally feel like I should speak out and say a few things. I feel like Act man’s video really spoke to heart of the issue that the 343 is facing. There is simply no soul in this game. If you have never played or read any of the Halo series, you would never know what the heck is going on. Sadly, as I have read numerous comments, this seems to be acceptable. Perhaps I am getting too old, but I use to rate games based on their story and objectives. Halo 5 has a convoluted story and rather lack luster rinse and repeat objectives. The game gives you no reason to stay invested in any of the characters. The campaign seemed shoehorned in just to appease the older halo fans. Clearly 343’s bread and butter is the multiplayer experiences and it shows. It’s actually pretty damn good. You can see where most of the effort was made in this game. However, I am quite unhappy with this lopsided development of the game. We had great stories presented to us in the original halo trilogy. In fact reach and odst were pretty good too. But as we move on, we keep seeing developers and publishers pushing aways from costly story based games and into more lucrative multiplayer schemes. I feel like 343 knows what they are doing and they are simply following the market metrics. Today’s gamers are just not interested in story based games anymore.
Well unfortunately since 343 changed halos formula we now have a entirely new section of the community that likes the gameplay 343 offered and now 343 has to cater to both communities, because if we just make halo entirely based of classic gameplay then what about all of the community members who liked halo 4/5’s gameplay? They’ll be treated the exact same way the elite community has been treated in recent years. Other than that the video is spot on! I really hope that in the next game 343 can cater the best they can to all of the community.

You make this seem so much more of a big deal than it really is. This isn’t some kind of censorship conspiracy thing. If they lock this or something it’s probably because it’s not actually contributing anything or there are other threads like this.
