Anyone else use a mission victory and get put into a losing match in progress?

Don’t use those cards on your first match

No he won’t, that card was use. You can only use boosts once.
His post implied that it was a JIP game and boosts don’t count in those games.

What’s a JIP?
Either way, boosts count in every game I’ve ever played. Regardless of if I join in super late and losing or not.
Join in progress. They don’t work for me and after the game my card is available for use again.
If you don’t see a picture of the map you’re due to play it’s going to be join in progress

You’re either miscounting or lucky then. Because my cards are always used on JIP games
I guess I’m lucky then. I’ve tested it multiple times to make sure that’s what was happening and it wasn’t a fluke.
Edit: I tested this again last night since the last time I tested this was awhile ago. I used a spartan kill boost in a JIP game. I got the most kills in the game and I actually got the XP and my boost card was gone. The next JIP game I got I used an assist boost. I didn’t get anywhere near the most assists, I didn’t get the XP boost and my assist card was available to use again. The next day I also used a legendary RP boost in a JIP game and it didn’t count and I got my card back.
TLDR: So I guess for me if I get the requirements for an XP boost in a JIP game it will work, but if I don’t then I won’t get the boost and my card will be still available to use again. It also doesn’t work for RP boosts.
It would be way better if it didn’t get “used” after you lose, and you just keep playing until you win.

People forget they are a single use and no full sure reason you will win a match. The price of a gamble.
