Before 343 made the announcement that they were going to give the gold visor out to everyone I grinded and used challenge swaps to make sure I got the gold visor. I ended up earning the visor to find out the next day they were fixing issues I came across and giving the visor out to all players. I have no issue that 343 is giving out the visor to everyone, but I ask that 343 gives us back our challenge swaps. I had to use my challenge swaps on challenged that either were too difficult or did not work like the “Jorge would be Proud” challenge. I was not aware how fast 343 would respond so quickly and I wanted to make sure I got the visor. They are aware that some challenges were too difficult or were not working so please give us the challenge swaps we paid for back. Thank you.
i’m with ya. i was actually grinding to get the “limited time” achievement (not the reward don’t care about the visor) i used several swaps so i could get a last challenge that was attainable for my skill and gameplay. then they reset it. now i gain xp even slower because i don’t have any swaps to change the challenges i’m stuck on. i’ve played about 20 games with no progress and can’t swap them because, again, wasted my swaps. i’m on vacation so i probably won’t have as much time to spend on the game as i did this week so it will be very hard for me to complete now. i don’t understand why they would do the update in the middle and not wait until monday?!? its very disappointing.
There were many players stuck with bugged challenges so they likely rolled it out quicker than normal. The community was also in uproar so they had to be seen to act instead of waiting until next week.
and? so what about the people that spend real money on swaps just to get to start over? its a beta, bugs are expected but instead you take peoples money and progress?
If they paid for a challenge swap, they received a challenge swap when they were reset 
I mean I feel you there for sure. I used about 15 XP boosters before they made them an hour, so those felt wasted too
I think that is an entirely reasonable request. Hopefully they can give them back to the people who used them before the reset.
I had the same thing happen.
They paid for a challenge swap, used it, completed the challenge, got the reward. i343 then stepped in with a fix and total reset, with a mass “swap” everyone got.
I feel like everyone who spent money on swaps and boosts should get refunded, or receive an equal amount of swaps and boosts they bought and used before the fix.
Nothing more than goodwill from i343 for the entire situation.
