So i was playing a game of warzone on Stormbreak. We capture east armory, then the fortress. I jump into a banshee and start patrolling the map. I check east armory to see if anyone has tried a sneaky capture and sure enough there’s one person there. Couldn’t find them and eventually lost it.
Several minutes later i’m in a mantis when i notice explosions coming from the ground. That basically comfirmed what i thought so i jumped into theater after the match.
I might be very late to the party, i’m sure this glitch is as old as the wasp itself. The exploit seems incredibly easy to do if you know where to go. Once done you can just sit underneath the armory. Then the other team needs to divert players there or lose it. It really messes with the flow of the game. It was definately intentional too, because as soon as he died he jumped into a wasp and did it again. Such a sad waste of wasps :(.
Has anyone else encountered this before? I wont name them to avoid witch hunts the best i can do is report them. Seems they may need to add a few killzones/wasp-proof the map.
