Wasp variant ideas

some variants i would love to see

a oni variant with two hydras instead of rocket salvos with the ability to lock on to ground and air targets including enemy Spartans and to control how many you shoot up to twelve and an explosive chain gun

and a Hannibal variant with two rail guns instead of rocket salvos and Gauss rapiters

they would both have incensed armor and more speed
oni would be a little faster that the Hannibal
Hannibal less armor than the oni but stronger shields and faster recharge

oni would be better then the Hannibal but only if it can get close enough to use its hydras but this would make it more easy too take down… it would need use more hit and run tactics
whilst the Hannibal would be better at a longer distance giving it better sustain

well when it comes to guass rapiters and explosive rounds there flashy so people like shooting them … when it come to a hannibal wasp gauss rapiters is the only upgrade i could think of for the chain gun … but the oni well if not explosive rounds then upgrades armor piercing rounds with increased damage to both Spartans and vehicles, higher vehicle crit damage, and head shot multiplier damage, depending on damage values increase slower fire rate or faster over heat may be need to balance it … crit damage and head shot damage is to replace splash damage and stopping power … crit damage and heads shot damage do sound arguably stronger but do take good aim to take effect… still really good in my opinion i would actually prefer armor piercing rounds… just less flashy

i think hydras should be use more since two rocket salvos have been done before and are boring. i think it would suit the wasp far better then rocket salvos … a light vtol with light homing missiles… hydra missiles… anyway still more interesting the rocket salvos imo

Hannibal one sounds cool

Wasp is to weak there needs to be more variety and another thing would be a varient one where it takes multiple people to operate so it takes team work

wasps need to have hydras they would suit it so much better than two rocket salvos … a light vtol (wasp) shooting light tracking missiles … flying around unleashing hailstorms of hydra missiles from above is how the wasp should be.

Sword (REQ 5) Mid increases to shield strength, Needle chain turret, Single plasma caster that shoots charged shots, Increased speed.

Oni (|REQ 6) Heavy armor + light shield and recharge rate increases, Chain gun with armor penetrating rounds 1.5x increase to overall damage ( increase vehicle crit damage and small head shot multiplier damage), Two hydra missile lunches (lock on to all targets), Increased speed.

Hannibal (REQ 7) Mid armor increase + heavy increase to shield strength + mid increase to shield recharge rate, Rapid fire Gauss canons, Single ark light railgun ( not as powerful like 3/4 of the power), increased speed.

note: The Hannibal and Oni variants will directly vs the banshee and the godly ultra banshee so they need to be at least that strong

i think a veriant of the wasp should have a spartan laser like how the variant of the phaeton base a binary rifle

I don’t see how incense will help the vehicle, perhaps a calming aura will help the SPARTAN focus

falcons would simply not be viable against halos 5s sandbox. the its a flying triple kill would become even more apparent. the phaeton already has a hard enough time as it is against rockets and lasers base variants and the stupid thing can teleport which does nothing for it because of its crippling speed … now apply that to a weaker none teleporting three maned falcon and you get a nice triple kill and an explosion.

No. Just no. That’s way too OP.

We just need the Sword, oni, and other classic variants (woodland, tundra, etc.)
We already have enough things Hannibal related.

Maybe the sword wasp can shoot the two plasma caster shots instead of the missiles? Would be a perfect fit in my opinion.

(I know someone said that sword wasp should be charging the plasma caster shots, but lets be honest… that would take too long, and wouldn’t really help the wasp).

Sadly, he’s right. The Falcon has no good place in the Halo 5 meta, and will just be a laughing stalk of a vehicle.

I stay with the idea of cougar cleal14, if some others too then lets support him and the idea, it could become true.

Its more, i have just made a public wishlist, there we can share ideas and support them.
