No there aren’t any, there were previous nobles, but when they ‘went missing in action’ there place was filled by someone else.
There was a non-canon figure of Noble Seven created back in 2010 by McFarlane Toys as a SDCC (San Diego Comic Con) Exclusive, which you can see here (Click Meh!)… Outside of that, as far as I know, Noble Seven doesn’t exist in the Halo Universe.
There was Thom A-293 who was KIA at the Battle of Fumirole as seen in the Deliver Hope live action trailer. and Rosenda A-344 who was slated to be in noble team but cut from the game, although I think she is still canon

Yes, technically Noble Six (Spartan-B312) is Noble Seven and Rosenda is Noble Eight. Rosenda was supposed to be the replacement of Emile if anything happened to him.
There were other noble 6’s. The noble 6 you play as replaces the last one. Just look more in the lore.

There was concept art for a 7th member of Noble Team, but she didn’t make it into the final game. I forget what her name was…
EDIT: Never mind, found her. Her name was Rosenda-A344, and she was supposed to replace Emile during certain missions according to the wiki. Not sure if she’s considered canon.

Or if they were deployed against human targets and the UNSC didn’t want to have to cover up stories of brutality against Innies. Emile was known for…doing nasty things.
Yea, I remember noble 7. Me and my brother played it together and Carter said in the story levels to me and my brother, “Noble 6, Noble 7, its time to get moving” when we played the “Winter Contendecy” Level. Please Don’t make fun of my grammar. Ever heard of dislexia?
