I was level 21 a few days ago, but yesterday i went to play on live and it said i was level 1. When i go to my career option to customize my loadouts and armor, it says that i am level 21. However, when i go to play an actual game i am level 1 again with no loadouts. I played a few games as level 1, and i could not level up again. At first i believed this problem to be a lag but it has been going on for over a day now. Please help. Thank you.
I am having the same problem. I can fix it by logging out of Xbox Live and then logging back in, but when in a game, when I die, it resets me back the Level One and removes all of my custom loadouts. This is a game-breaking bug, and infuriates me.
I believe the servers being down/are down have an effect on this.
Wait a few hours and come back, the servers probably need to be reset and your rank should come back.
