Was it wrong to assume the TU was going to give me my filebrowser back?

i was under the assumption that the TU, along with Co-op Campaign and Firefight, would also bring me back my file browser (i.e. Temporary History/Local Files). i guess i was wrong…? i guess i still have to get a hard drive… >.>
