Was/is the ranking accelerated for beta?

after my 10 match qualifying i was put straight to Onyx II which, felt a little bit quick to me, i know its based on your performance in qualifying, but, to skip straight to Onyx II felt a bit too easy

i wondered the same thing. I won my first 10 games in a row and went straight to “Pro Tier” and by time i had 20 game played i was around a 1590 rating.

Hopefully they make the process slower.

I’m kind of concerned about this. Menke isn’t working with 343i anymore, so will tweaks still be made?
