I just can’t play the game anymore or connect to the servers what’s up
If you’re banned, you can connect to servers but won’t be able to enter matchmaking; you’ll see a notice saying something like “one or more members of your fireteam are banned”. You’ll still be able to play online Campaign, Forge and Customs if your banned, though.
If you can’t play any of the online portions of the game, that sounds like a connection problem. Maybe check that your Xbox Live subscription is active. Check your connection; make sure your Xbox can connect to the internet and the Xbox Live multiplayer servers. Check to see if you can play other online games.
