I’ve been playing a lot of Halo 4 multiplayer recently and I noticed that the colors were really bright and saturated compared to the others more realistic toned down colors and feel. The map Exile is good example, the green feels really bright, almost a little too bright. What do you all think?
Yes but other maps like vortex and abandon are too dark. Color is what makes Halo unique. Unlike in Battlefield where you couldn’t tell the difference between an enemy soldier and a wall, Halo allows you to actually see players and know if he/she is on your team or not.

Yeah I guess you are right. I never really thought about that. Know that you say that back when I used to play COD and other fps, you could’nt really tell the difference between friendlies and enemies.
I dislike all of the purple maps if I’m on red team, because I am partially colorblind and cannot see the enemy blue team very clearly. Other than that, I liked the color palette.
I found Reach’s colour palette to be better, didn’t like how saturated halo 4 was. Hope they fix that in Halo 5
I really liked the aesthetic of Halo 4 it obviously looked the best graphically out of all of the games with the exception of Halo 2 Anniversary.

Not as saturated as H3
Yeah, but better than Reach’s.
mostly the armors
The team armor color wasn’t bright enough imo.
