I’ve posted this in the why I got banned forum though am posting again as I believe this is a huge issue. Hello, I am an old Halo gamer and tried logging on to my Xbox One Scorpio a few weeks ago which said I was account and console banned. I contacted the enforcement team and they told me I was associated with halo reach mods? I have no idea that halo reach had mods. I was just talking to someone on discord who told me to look at my service record rank on reach where I should be brigadier grade 2 but am now an inheritor! Please help. I’ve tried contacting the enforcement team but they shut me down, all the Microsoft support numbers just put me on hold then hang up on me 15 minutes later. I usually play games such as ark, peggle, minecraft and plants vs zombies. I don’t agree with modding and didn’t know you could on Xbox One. I enjoy earning my rank through hard earned gaming - that’s why I bought my Xbox in the first place. If there is anyone that can help or point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
