That Halo 5’s graphics will be better than the Order 1886? Personally, Buck straight-up looks like a real man. The eyes, hair, expression, etc.
Is that gameplay or CGI? If gameplay, then I’d say that they would be on par, and if CGI, then The Order: 1886 would win in my opinion.
Edit: Turns out that the images revealed are IN-ENGINE. Absolutely wonderful.

I might be wrong here but I have a feeling people have been misinformed about this. When did 343 say that Halo 5’s graphics would be better than The Order?Also, even if they did, I highly doubt that’s going to be true. The Order is a cinematic linear game running at 30fps. In fact, in order to achieve those levels of graphics, the game had to feature black bars on top and bottom. The developers say that was to give it a movie-like feel to it. But we know that simply is not the case. Whereas, Halo 5 is a multi-player focused game running at 60fps and which comes out on a system which is less powerful. Don’t get me wrong. If it indeed, does look better than The Order, then that’s great!And that would be through some technical wizardry on 343’s part. But just don’t get your hopes up. Besides, its the gameplay we should care about. Not graphics. The only thing good about The Order was its graphics. Its gameplay was utter crap. And that’s with all due respect to its developer, Ready at Dawn Studios.

I assume they’re cutscenes.
The Order seemed to be a game that sacrificed everything else to be as pretty as possible. I don’t think Halo can match it, especially on a marginally less powerful system.

Yeah, I was looking at the thread for the Game Informer news and saw that Frankie confirmed that hey were in-engine. The hype is so, so real.

343 LITERALLY did. Look it up. I do think that Halo 5’s graphics do look better. The Order 1886 guys look like mannequins almost. They look real, but not…

That’s true. The excitement overwhelmed me and made me forget lol. Let’s at least hope that the gameplay looks anywhere near close to that, unless the images were for the cutscenes.
