This post is to ask the simple question and my reason why,
Was 343 the Creators of Halowaypoint.
Reason i swear i signed up for Halowaypoint the day it was released on the xbox 360. altho i have no proof on my account, due to having a massive break from halo so the badge related to membership/sign up is now retired. (not obtainable anymore)
Three Years - Been a member of Halo Waypoint during its first months (Retired)
i remember clearly signing up for halowaypoint, via the xbox the day it came out but i dont have this badge, but this is the same profile.
unless my account was deleted for inactivity and reactivated clean when i logged in i dont understand honestly could someone please shed some light onto this for me.
I asked this on a different thread and was told that you had to register on the website specifically sometime during 2010-2011. The Xbox App seemingly didn’t count.

To be honest I’m not terribly sure what the difference is. Would love it if someone clarified that a bit better. Have a good one to you as well!
The badge, as mentioned in the pinned badges thread, was given to those who were part of Halo Waypoint during its early days back in August 2010.
