So I have been farming for gunfighter magnum but don’t seem to be making any progress. Anybody got tips for me?
Are you trying to unlock it? If so, try doing the Bronze-Silver-Gold method. It’ll take a while, but it’s by far the most efficient way to unlock stuff in the game. But since you’re at SR 63, that’s gonna take a very long time for you. The Gunfighter was one of the last weapons I unlocked, and I was around the mid-SR 140s.
Not really any tips, it’s mostly luck of the draw. You CAN try buying Gold packs in a desperate attempt to unlock it, but you also run the risk of unlocking something at a much lower tier because you haven’t unlocked all of your Uncommons and Rares yet.
Advice most people will give you, just keep buying Silver packs before golds. Bronze packs are good too for unlocking low level REQs, but you’re also not guaranteed to unlock anything new, whereas you are assured to with a Silver pack, up until you need to move onto buying Golds.

I assume you didn’t start that method until pretty late then. Using that method you should have everything unlocked by SR100 or so.

It is just going to take a longtime. Keep playing the game and you’ll get it eventually.

Warzone Firefight is the best method of getting lots of REQ points. It’s relatively free of sweaty players, which is great for those hunting down some sweet gear.

That is also true. Completing that commendation will reward the player with Silver and Gold Packs as they progress. It’s well worth the effort.

Maybe they want to complete their REQ collection and / or give the weapon a try. Honestly, it’s very polarized and it’s not all that satisfying to use. I just see it as a crappy version of the Carbine.
