So i was recording a video for my youtube channel on warzone turbo doing my usual commentary explaining about how hard it is to find a warzone assault match and thst i can basically only play regular warzone. when I was about to mention my lagging out of warzone yesterday losing all those req items i spent. Get this immediately before I was about to mention what happened yesterday the game of course lagged me out. Without any reason why. So i already lost time on the recording after a bit of rage. I decided I was gonna end the video there but first I wanted to show my audience that I can’t get a warzone assault match so I start searching for a match. What do you know it actually found one. It found a warzone assault. I was never more excited to play any match on halo ever ha. So i continued the video to compensate the loss of warzone turbo. 45 seconds left in warzone assault we’re about to destroy the core just a few more shots… loading… game lagged me out once more. And guess what? Can’t find another warzone assault match. Its like it knew I was recording so it didn’t want a bad rep so it put me in a match but now that it knows I’m not recording it won’t find a match.
Warzone you can’t do that man. You can’t finally put me in a warzone assault after all this time and then kick me out and then not let me play again. West Australia needs region lock taken off so I can play it and everything else whenever I want. So i can play against people from all over the world not just in my state because clearly no one in my state plays. Okay rant over. It did make a good video though I’ll give it that but please 343 do something about this. Skyjockey2012 out

Lol i havent uploaded it yet. Thats for next week but it’s not about the video. I want warzone assault to work i dont care what rates my videos get. Warzone assault so far is 1/10 because it at least worked once. Would’ve gotten a 2 if it didn’t lag me out at the last 45 seconds.

I like warzone assault. What makes me want to play it more is the fact that I can’t play it haha. Makes me desperate to get in there
I feel your pain about being lagged out at the last possible second. And if it were possible I DO believe the game is sentient as it kicks me out either right as Im about to do something awesome or right before we win. And then I rage for like an HOUR until I calm down and try again. It’s a stupid proccess but we put up with it cause we Halo.

Thats halo, I am running over 100 download easy and 40+ upload on business Cable never had an issue with anything while streaming booted me in FFA I gave up on rank in the game, not true ranks if can’t finish games your winning then get a DNF and dropped an entire level lol

Haha i was lucky to just find that 1 warzone assault. Was pure luck. Never found another one again. I didn’t bother searching for breakout or ffa cause not allowed to in Australia all of arena doesn’t work so I gave up on arena. But Goodluck finding matches spartan

Yeah i just hope I can finally just find warzone assault matches by myself and not stress anymore. I care more about finding a warzone assault match than i care about warzone firefight or any updates coming. Although I want that new Hannibal mantis coming haha. But getting kicked at last second is something that definitely needs fixing. But we put up with it cause it’s halo haha

no he’s right region lock isn’t off in Australia. No one’s doing anything other than hoping to find a game on halo other than regular warzone for a change. Unless they fixed it in the update they just released

Nope its not, and its really not helpful to spread misinformation. Having said that, its not really your fault: 343 says absolutely nothing about our region, and neither says when they add region lock nor when they remove it, or even how it works and what the options are. They just change stuff when they feel like it. As such, all we can really do is speculate. But whatever the case, its definitely not removed, and its impossible to find games in a large number of playlists, and even in popular playlists at peak times (slayer in the evening), its slow once you get to diamond.

Nope Jessie i still can’t find a match. I’m not getting halo 6 if this is still a problem by then, but I have faith that things will be fixed by then cause otherwise no point buying a game that I won’t even be allowed to play lol. I just spent the last hour waiting for a warzone assault and getting the whole unable to match message. So I moved to swat just to see if that would work. Got same message.

I get the frustration, but I don’t really see how they can just ‘fix it’. The issue is that australia just doesn’t have enough people playing. And yeh, they could just lift the region lock, but in arena at least that basically makes it almost (almost) pointless to play. I mean I’ve played with my mate in america, on their servers, and its doable, and sometimes not terrible, but if it was like that all the time I don’t think I’d keep playing (just look at all the complaints after they lifted the europe lock). I don’t think there’s an easy solution, and its not really anyone’s fault, its just a small population. I guess the way its headed - towards the point where you get almost zero games at diamond and above -a laggy game might be better than nothing, but I have my doubts.
