Warzone Warlords farming

So, have you guys experienced any? It is indeed very frustrating. I didn’t go in with the most hard core team, but just experienced being farmed upon. So, are you guys experiencing it a lot? Share your experiences throughout this weekend here.

Most of the games I’ve seen have been quick cores, but two seemed to last “unusually long” at the final capture, but can be hard to tell if they’re just having a hard time capping or are actually sneaking in the you-know-what.

That’s what you get for trying you play the game casually and having fun and not in a hardcore sweat squad.

I haven’t tried it yet. I don’t want to lol. I don’t want to get farmed over and over.
…I found out you cant go in solo, only 12 fireteams

There’s always that 6man Fireteam limit you can play in. Less chance of farming.

I do want people to share their experiences and determine if this behaviour happens a lot or not throughout the weekend.
So if you experience it/don’t experience it, do say so. So try keeping track of it.

I’ve played a few matches and haven’t gotten farmed yet. I don’t think it will be as big of a problem in Warlords then it was before.

Played 4 games. Got farmed for 15 minutes in 3 of the games.

I played 1 game of normal wz and got farmed.

Definitely not trying it out…

Wait, isn’t farming the point of Warlords? Based on the update, my read was “look, someone wants to farm, so let’s just let all the farmers have their playlist and everyone else can actually have fun in Warzone as it was intended.”

That’s how I read it. It’s the dark place.

I mean, it’s bound to happen with a 12 man team

Snip3down, Huke and Olaa from EnVyUs got farmed in warlords on Snip3downs stream with his subs until they quit lol

Wait hold up were uny and Cizlin not available today? Usually you’re always by Uny’s side so it’s hard to imagine you being farmed

Sounds like there’s going to be a ocean of sweat in WarLords.

Comments contrary to the OP’s discussion intent will be treated as off-topic. There was plenty of discussion on farming up to this point, please leave it on their threads.

Reason being;

Farming is not a sign of competitiveness.
In a competitive environment, the spawn trap is set to move the flag/objective, not to farm kills till the game ends.

This is a distraction from “Have you experienced it?”

OK

I’ve yet to be able to play Warlords due to no team but I’d expect a decent amount of farming.

I seem to remember being destroyed by you and your team before the 6-man limit. This is how it feels.

I don’t have enough friends who play halo to jump in to this new mode. I already see the problem with it: unlike regular WZ with a bunch of randoms, so it’s fun and made to be more casual. With Warlords it’s probably more competitive since Spartan companies can jump in, partied up and ready to steamroll anyone who isn’t in the same competitive mindset.
That said prepare for a lot of that if you keeps playing this mode.

Until they implement strict skill matching, it’s inevitable that farming will happen more often. The chances of them implementing that though is most likely slim to none due to the low population that a restrictive 12-man only playlist would bring.
