I think to keep things easy, Warlords should occur on a quarterly basis (4 times a year). Not only will this might prevent the bigger Spartan Companies from overexerting themselves and draining their REQ inventories very quickly, but this will also maintain the prestigious atmosphere that Warlords is known for. Should it happen too frequently, it will lose its original charm.
