Invasion was somewhat similar in concept but asymmetrical and based on phases. Is Warzone better?
In my opinion, Invasion was awesome and Warzone is awful.
Once Warzone has more maps, maybe.

i loved Invasion, except for one part… its community early on was really “betrayal because you picked up the gun i wanted” i left before it had any chance to get rid of those players…
Warzone Assault is TERRIBLE. i only played one game and it was the biggest camp fest i have ever played… there was no alternative objectives or chockpoints, just one team sitting in a room and waiting with no real way to hit them from the outside.
Warzone hands down.
Warzone by itself already has a much bigger sandbox feel to it, kinda like the battlefields. It has Ai and the card system gives it a huge boost. They were even courteous enough to make a game type of Warzone that’s the offspring of invasion (Assault).
Played both but invasion is more fun with playable elites. The gameplay is better because of variety which is absent in warzone.
