This is nothing new, just wanted to share. So I’m playing a close warzone game on Sanctum, doing pretty well. I have the top score and most kills on my team. Go to spawn a mantis and nothing happening for a while. “Vehicle bay busy”… Then I finally get a count down timer of 35 seconds. Timer goes down, still nothing. Then I get a new timer… 465 seconds!!! SMH… So basically I’m sitting there doing nothing, seeing the game slip away, watching the enemy now cap our garage for the triple cap. Oh well, at least I can take a break for a minute while this stupid count down timer goes. They’ll probably core us before I ever respawn…
Oh yeah, I never found out because the game kicked me for inactivity!!! Son of a…!!
That’s my happy story for the day.
Yeah, that’s an old glitch which can happen on a rare occasion.
I had the same thing happen to me for the first time recently. I tried to spawn a mantis on darkstar station and got the crazy wait time. I went in and reqed a level 2 chain gun and the game let me actually spawn. It didn’t charge me the points for the vehicle since I spawned the turret after I had selected a mantis, so I was able to run to the base and try the mantis again, and it worked the second time
