Not to me. It’s how warzone should be all the time.
can’t wait for it to come back
Damn sadly i won’t be able to play this epic game mode XC
May 12th? That’s the day before my birthday!
All of my hoarding has prepared me for this
I hear its gonna go for a few weeks, and will it allow for JiP, having no JiP hurt the mode last time it was on.

The problem with Warzone Turbo is that the gap between a player with a small and large req collection is massive. It’s a gamemode that would work if everyone had every req card but not when it’s tied into a micro transaction system that will cause players with longer playtime to have more.

So? All that means is a player with less will have to play smarter. Or play other modes until they build a req collection using req points. Pretty sad people seem to think the only way to get reqs is by buying packs with money when you clearly can unlock everything simply by playing and earning req points. Not one weapon is behind a pay wall.

I know it’s possible to build a decent req pool from playing multiplayer matchmaking. However, the amount of active play time required to build a decent req pool is insane.
Here is my stats of active multiplayer play time and req pool size so you have something to compare at.
Stats from my Service Record at 12th of May 2017 - Playtime Arena 2d, 12h - Playtime Warzone 4d, 7hMy req collection status behind the spoiler.
- Loadout Weapons/Armor Mods - Assault Rifle: 28/28 - Battle Rifle: 32/35 - DMR: 18/28 - Halo 2 Battle Rifle: 0/1 - Magnum: 1/4 - SMG: 18/27 - Armor Mods: 14/14 - Power Weapons/Vehicles/Boosts Certs - Power Weapons: 73/96 - Common: 10/10 - Uncommon: 17/17 - Rare: 31/31 - Ultra Rare: 13/22 - Legendary: 2/16 - Vehicles: 61/72 - Common: 16/16 - Uncommon: 9/9 - Rare: 16/16 - Ultra Rare: 6/12 - Legendary: 7/19 - Boosts: 8/12 - Common: 1/1 - Uncommon: 3/3 - Rare: 4/4 - Ultra Rare: 0/3 - Legendary: 0/1Don’t forget that I don’t have an overflow of most of the power weapons/vehicles with a decent rarity and this is from nearly 7 days of active playtime which is time I play actively a match. The newer players have to play something like nearly 1 week to get to the state where I am at the moment.

Good. I like that the game takes a long time. It gives the game longevity. I wish I had more stuff to unlock. Halo 4 was a joke at how long it took to max out the game. Only have a couple commendations and xp to grind out. Should players like myself who have a good req collection be denied a fun playlist simply because some players may not have a good req collection? Doesn’t seem fair to me. I love turbo and hope to be able to play a lot of it.

I see you’ve never used five speed boosts and a Vorpal Talon at the same time.
It’s okay. We all transcend into godhood eventually.

Also make sure you are doing the silver to gold method to unlock stuff. Buy silver’s till they refund two 1500 point req cards then go to golds. The cheapest and fastest way to unlock everything.

My company calls that crack mode! And it’s the perfect way to burn through all those low level 1 speed boosts. Make a couple laps, get some kills, return to base, apply more speed boosts.
Rinse wash repeat. I love turbo!
So I don’t wanna be THAT guy.
- immidiately proceeds to being THAT guy*
Anyone knows what time the weekend featured playlists usually launch?
Turbo is a double edge sword. I personally love it, but I got mass reported quite a bit last time for spamming camo answer over and over and over and over. I thought it was hilarious, but apparently it was -Yoink!- off quite a few people. I got some extremely nasty messages during and after games from doing it. This one kid I must have killed 15 times using that combo messaged me something I can’t even repeat here.
On one hand I think it’s funny people get that upset over a game, on the other I have to be careful not to get an “avoid me” rating simply because I’m driving people up the wall. I plan to do it again this go around too and just monitor my reports closely. It’s just too funny and I could never run out at this point so why not?

You won’t get reported this time. It was only a problem because turbo was for a few days and was back from a 9 month drought.
With it only been 5/6 weeks ago and lasting at least 14 days you may very well encourage others to do your tactic.
Its turbo no need to hold back, but don’t be a jew about it if you know what I mean.

I have done that method. With basic math you can find out that the amount of packs required to be opened are insane. It’s mainly an issue from all these content updates. I think it got something like 50 new items added in the req pool each content update which seriously affect the amount of time required. I will have to quality check to see the actual value but it’s big.
The content update them self has caused the gap between the players with low and high req collection to be insane. I think I started to open gold packs about a month ago which is worth something like 1-1.5 days of playtime.
