I just realized something. as much as I hate those tryhard Spawn kill farmers in warzone, They actually are helping more than hurting us.
I shall explain. You see, you have to grind endlessly (like in Destiny or Warframe) to get unique rewards from REQ packs, Halo wants you to suffer in agony during that process to the point that you eventually give in and spend real money for REQ packs.
The farmers are talented enough to find ways to gain easy RP to purchase REQ packs; this accomplishes two things at once. 1) eliminates the need to buy req packs 2) humiliates and scare away average gamers that would tend to buy REQ packs by spawn killing them.
This farming strategy kills and counteracts 343i microtransaction schema for halo 5. To all you tryhard spawn killing farmers out there, brilliant idea keep up the good work; not.
I mean, why buy when you can be a tryhard and get it by spawn killing, right!?
No seriously, Im actually the average gamer who refuses to buy any req packs because the farmers have ruined my entire experience in Warzone. Now the question is “Why Buy req packs when Farmers are exploiting the system” nice going 343i for giving them an exploit to kill microtransations; you just destroyed your own scheme imo by not providing safe spawning zones to avoid spawn killing.
They’re working on it, relax. BTW, farmers think it’s hilarious when you guys rage in the waypoint forums about being farmed. Trust me, I come from a company of 400 where about 200-300 farm. They’ve said in community updates that they’re working on a solution and we are supposed to get a warzone map as well as an update to warzone overall in this next update.
I was farmed in Warzone recently. It wasn’t too bad, I ended up spending the last several minutes in the back of the base messing with a glitched Spartan model, and some saint blew up our core and ended the game.
I find farming much less irritating now I have a dmr, I just sit way back in the base and long shot the oposition until I unlock snipers. I still come out with positive kd and realy that’s all u can ask for if your playing solo sometimes

I hate to say this man, but I freakin hate the mere mention of your company’s name. Y’all aren’t the only ones, but it’s bad dude. It’s still happening. And y’all seem to be the only ones who are just… openly proud of it. The other ones at least try to front.
But yeah, best solution now is to hide in the back of the base until the game ends. I’m counting the days until there is a solution to it.

Why do the other people who get farmed not do this?!
maybe that’s why I never got farmed? If I noticed a heated area of a map, I just spawn somewhere else and try to work as a sniper.

We get hate mail all the time. No punishment has ever been established, because in the end, we’re just playing the game. It just so happens that our team of 12 overpowers the other team by the majority.
I fail to see how not buying from a company is good for the community that is getting stuff from that company. Less buying = worse company = worse product = salty community, it can also make the company make more ways to make up for the lack of money they are getting giving us things like overpriced dlcs

Because by the time you get to REQ level 4, they already have snipers.
Also, (Base) DMRs and Snipers are both level 6. Once you unlock one, you unlocked the other.
