There should be a system in which trading up to 1 rare and 5 commons is possible, daily however. It would be unfair to have someone with extreme REQs to give you some.

I can see this working, but I can also see this being abused heavily.

No one suggests anything and it goes through without changes.
Surely they will, if added, make it so only certain levels can on trade within a certain level range. So high levels can not simply give low players high reqs.

It’d be pointless. What’d be the value of a phaeton or Hannibal wasp, 1000 common cards? It’d be quicker to level up and get the cert.
They’ll say the exact thing they did about gifting req packs, which is also a pointless idea BTW, that they don’t want to create a market for reqs when they hold a monopoly already.
