warzone tip....

In the actual warzone gametype… You don’t win by just capturing the fortress and camping inside of it… You win by killing the bosses. Just thought I might share that since 1/2 my team actually spent their entire game inside the fortress. You know it was bad when the other team made comments about my team just camping in the middle base>.>

Just thought I share my very salty experience.

My experience is everyone tries to capture third base instead of killing bosses

Yeah, when my team throws themselves against a base trying to capture it rather than fighting a boss it’s interesting to see how players just don’t see the point of warzone. Capturing bases is a big part of the game, if you want to destroy a nexus. Besides that they’re not as worth having 150 points worth of a boost.

Also, on the point of destroying the team’s power core (On regular Warzone, not Warzone Asssault) I don’t think I’ve ever gone a full game without just reaching 1000 points rather than actually dominating their bases.

I have won all the ways that is possible. Unless the team has mic’s then holding 1 or 2 bases and killing bosses is the best way to go. If u have a good team the best way to win and fastest is to send everyone but 1 or 2 straight to the enemies armory right off the bat. If u cap it and can push them back then u can get a 5 minute victory. I have done that quite a alot and it’s cheap but super great for a good team. Just some of my experiences.

That’s the preferred way yeah.

Most people play it for kdr stat padding. Not to win.

I love it, if you cant destroy the core atleast your team has free rein on all the bosses. Kinda sucks for the enemy but some good players will still rack up kills and medals.

I’ve helped win games by a landslide by fighting bosses even when my team didn’t hold any bases for the majority of the game. Powercore exposed and all.

Still, it helps to defend them from time to time. You’ll definitely find me haunting bases while working on my weapon commendations.

I Agree with everything yall said, we should play together

I play to win, but I have seen ppl that do that. Irritates me beyond belief.

Yes I have had my share of stealing the kills on bosses or soloing them while everyone else was fighting over bases. I usually give support fire to keep the enemy pushed back and go in for base defense kills if som1 slipped by. Usually top assists on the team here. I make it my job to guard the tunnels, haha.

I play to win, but you need some people to be on the same page

Totally agree, every new game I find the vibe of what everone’s objective is and try to help out. Can’t do much solo except for stray bosses so I kind jump in to help the people taking/defending bases or whatever is going on. Seems no one ever talks in this game, or no one has figured out you have to hold “select” button and change to game chat. Took me a bit to find that. Haha

the salt continues!
