It seems we are not getting more official updates on the other thread and it’s understandable because of how long it is. Is there a change we get an update on the issue of players not being able to find matches on several countries ? You have given some of those countries slots for tournaments, it’s just shameful you cannot offer proper support for them (not to say BASIC support).
At some point you were able to fix it then you rolled back. I believe all the people complaining, and those that don’t use the forums deserve one of two: at least an update on the situation or an acknowledged you don’t care and you won’t do anything about it.
